This new series of Seashell vases is a work in progress at Micol Ceramics. These first few pieces are inspired, as always, by the Mediterranean Sea (in particularly by coral reef formations).

Each piece begins by hand-throwing hundreds of individual tiny porcelain “seashells,” which are then attached to a vase form.
